Essential spotlight not being able to turn on device from the app?

Can we talk about this essential spotlight not being able to turn on device from the app? Says battery is low, so I charged it overnight. Says not on the network, reassigned it to the network. Still says battery is low and device is disabled. There’s not button in setting to turn on the camera. What am I missing?

Is "trenchtown" your WiFi or a renamed base/hub? If connected to a base/hub, there is no On/Off slider. However, a camera that is not fully onboarded to your account may also show what you see. In Devices, does the camera show, perhaps with a red "!"? If so, click on that to complete the process. Otherwise, I'd suggest a reset:
