I recently updated the plan with four cameras from one camera.

 

However, the newly added camera (Essential Spotlight Camera) can’t detect motion and then record footage automatically. It only provides real-time footage. I restarted it but the problem was not fixed. 

 

Anyone can help? Thanks!

First check that the camera is in your subscription plan.  One way to do that is to try and make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera.

 

If it is in the plan, then make sure the camera is armed.  If you need help with that, then let us know whether you see "Library" in the app menu, or if you instead see "Dashboard" and "Feed".
