I am trying to transfer my current devices and library into another newly created Arlo account...The system does not provide any option as far as I can understand, unless I do not know what to do. I need help, please.

This is not a feature currently supported by Arlo.

You can't migrate the library so download any videos of interest first. Then remove all devices from Settings, My Devices from the original account. Set the system up as new in the second account, claiming the base first. Note your settings, modes, rules and schedule for faster setup on the new account.
