I've changed my email address on my 'MyArlo' remote access and cloud storage account a few months ago.  Though i'm still getting invoices to the old email address.

Ironically the invoice has the new email address shown within the text of the email though the email is sent to the old email address.

The online Account settings show the new email address. I can't see the old email address anywhere within the settings.   

So where is Arlo getting my old email address from?  Arlo's invoicing systems are poorly designed so as not to use the same email address as stored in the settings.  

So how do i go about changing the email address that my invoices are sent to?

Have you contacted support using the app?  I suggest using the phone option.
