What do you care that the reporter above mentioned his problem with the system. I am also having this problem and found that it is being worked upon ONLY because he posted. If you read it all, he also indicated that he would not be recommending the product until they fix this issue. That is new info that some readers may want to evaluate. Get off his back.

If he had reported that he had a problem in one of the existing threads, it still would have come to the top of the most recent threads and you still would have found it.

I have also had this problem lately. I have corrected my issue, so I am forwarding this to you. I mainly use my iPhone to login, and that is where I saw the duplicate camera listings. As the iPhone allows fingerprint login, I used that. Afer trying some other options, I tried logging in by actually entering my password. Don't know if that alone corrected the problem, but is was gone and has not returned.

This issue is still being investigated by the engineering team. Please do not attempt to remove the duplicate cameras as this does not resolve the issue. Some users have reported having success by uninstalling the Arlo mobile app and downloading a fresh version from the app store. I will post an update when I have more information.
