Dual Images on my wife's iPhone 5

My wife see's two pictures from her base and one camera and also dual images from the base station and two cameras that are at a remote site,

 

I tried to hafd reset her base and then synch her camera.  Now her Arlo camera show "wait, initializing" and is darkened,  She can see both of my remobe cameras. But her base station is not shown wnymore.

 

I on the other hand now cannot see her base station or her camera.

 

What are my next best steps?  I thougnt of doing a complete reinstall oncluding her iPhe Arlo app?  Others please chime in!

 

Until this dual image issue we had no issue with these stations or cameras in over a year.

This issue has been resolved in iOS app version 2.3.2 please visit the app store and update your Arlo mobile app to this latest version.

HNY too...

 

it's the last release from Dec 22...the ios app has been buggy, Netgear knows and will fix asap

The problem is fixed thanks to the "Community" and Arlo support team; 

1- I did a complete factory default reset and resynch of the camera for the base station and

2- Deleted and Reloaded the iPhone 5 APP,  then

3- Logged into  the "community"  and clicked the  "My profile" tab, then

a -  Clicked on "subscriptions & Notifications" tab, then

b -  Changed my settings (if needed) then SAVED.
