Supposed to send me a new base station with the new firmware in it. They sent me one with the old firmware on it. Netgear has a STUPID requirement of the users having more than a 1MB upload (which has NOTHING TO DO WITH DOWNLOADING A FIRMWARE UPDATE!!!!) and they were supposed to send me a base unit with the new firmware on it and they can't even get this right!!

my upload speed has never changed, it's still 750k.

duqu,

I understand your frustration and do apologize for the experience. The 1MB upload is a minimum requirement that must be met in order for the Arlo system to function properly (firmware updates included).

I am currently reviewing and will be escalating your case. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me privately.
