Downloaded new Arlo app and deleted Arlo Legacy. Getting "Log Back In" and "Log Out" screen.

I have downloaded the new Arlo App from the AppStore and also deleted the Legacy app from my phone several times over the last month.

I have signed into the new Arlo App but its not showing any of my cameras and just shows the text "Log Back In" or "Log Out" at the bottom of the screen. I’ve even tried changed my password and still can’t login properly. Very frustrated

Hi LoriT,

 

Are you able to log in just fine through the web client on your computer? Do you have anyone else using your account? Make sure they're not logged on at the same time as you may get logged out.
