I hit download and nothing seemed to happen. Does this feature work for free or do I have to pay. This is on an iPad. I do have a windows laptop but it’s not with me like the iPad is. Any one got an idea ? Got a teenager that I’m about done with and this may help.

Are you sure all permissions for the app in the phone settings are allowed, such as access to files/folders?
