You can contact Arlo support within the mobile app under Settings > Support.

 

Alternatively, you can reach out to me in a private message describing the details of the issue and the email address you use to log in to your account, and I will assist further.

Hello.  I too am being double billed.  Did you find any way to contact Arlo?   

This is ridiculously frustrating AT BEST !
