I have an Arlo Floodlight that has been working well and is about 6 months old.  Recently on live stream there are dotted green lines horizontally over the whole field of view HOWEVER these green lines are not in recorded video that occurs after a movement activation BUT they are present in a recording of a Live Stream activated remotely by me. WiFi strength is strong and firmware is updated to the latest version.   Any ideas on fixing ?

Can you please try factory resetting the device and see if that changes what you are seeing?
