Does 2-way talk pro camera work with regular wire-free base?

My husband and i just purchased the arlo wire-free 4 pack and just realized it isn't the one with the 2-way talk feature. If we were to purchase an arlo pro camera that has the option and connect it to our base, will the talk feature work or does it have to be connected to the pro base?

Both  the Arlo cam and the Pro cam will work on either base unit
