If so, then does rebooting Netgear Arlo's base station make your R6300 reboot too?

Yes. It happened twice when I told Netgear Arlo's base station to reboot.

How about other devices connected to the router? Do the router shows the same behavior when you reboot other devices?

No for rebooting desktops, (notebook/laptop)s, iDevices, etc. Just Arlo.
