Deleted Camera from the App

I  deleted one of my cameras from the app. It is still connected as I am still receiving the motion notifications and able to see the fottage inside the library, but I can not view the camera view or adjust settings as it is not in the list. I tried to readd it and it just circles and doesn't reappear.  I tried the pressing sync on base and then on camera suggestion and they are connected and act normally, yet its still not showing on the list.

Try rebooting the base. Log out of the app and back in. Try both the app and a browser.
