We are away from our cameras and will not be back until December, 2019. Is there a way to delay because we will not be able to sync with phone and will not be able to monitor.

Thanks, I figured out the problem. I had downloaded the app on too many devices. Once I removed it from all but one I was able to update the new app and connect with cameras.

The old app will stop working on 30 September, but you shouldn't need to resync the base station or the cameras with the phone when you install the new one.  I realize that some folks here did need to remove/re-add their cameras (though I didn't, and I suspect most people didn't).

 

If you don't want to take the risk, you can continue to use web interface to access the cameras ( https://my.arlo.com ).  You'd need to switch to email notifications (and receive txt messages that way on your phone).  https://kb.arlo.com/2613/How-can-I-receive-text-notifications-from-my-Arlo-system-instead-of-email-n...

I cannot get my cameras with new app I need to be in the same room to sync phones.

Did you try uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and rebooting the phone?

 

Are you seeing the cameras when you browse to https:/my.arlo.com with a PC?
