Delay in receiving recordings after alert notifications

I, have had no issues with notifications since installing 4 cameras last year until the past 10 days or so. I am receiving a push. Notification but there are no videos to view.   I have noticed that the video is evetually displayed many hours later, but this renders the timely security function useless. Any solutions?

You are the second thread I've seen like this...

 

I say put in a trouble ticket to Netgear and see what they say...it may be an issue or not, but if so and they're unaware, it won't get fixed.
