Defective Battery in New Camera

Ordered Arlo Pro VMS4330 with 3 Cameras from Dell, Installed them on Nov 8th, all worked perfect for a day, then one of them showed battery dead, I recharged over night, it showed 100%, then was dead again in 6 hours.  My cameras are not in high traffic areas, the other 2 cameras after over 2 weeks still show 82%.

Arlo has the worst support site if one needs assistance, haven't found a Chat or where to call for Arlo.  I did get the Netgear support group, they were no help, gave me this number to call 866-316-6909, called it, it rang 6 times and then disconnected, WTF

As a PS....

1) use the battery in one of the good cams to see if the problem is the cam or the bettery

2) swap locations with the troubled cam with one of the good ones to see if location is an issue
