I cannot find a customer service number for Arlo and the chat system keeps giving me an error message. Even when I can open the chat window without an error message, I get no response back from Arlo in the chat system. I'm trying to reach out to Arlo due a billing question. I placed an order yesterday evening and checking my bank account this evening I have found I have been charged multiple times for an order. The amounts are similar but not the same. Each charge has been for $2500.00 or more. If I do not get a response back about this by end of business day all charges will be sent to my banks fraud department and disputed.

I suggest that you dispute them with your credit card company ASAP.  It's pretty clear someone (not Arlo) has gotten hold of your card info.

 

Then reach out to Arlo.  I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so they can assist with support.

@dsskibum I have reached out to support regarding the order you had placed and the charges you are seeing on the account. Do you mind sending me a copy of the receipt of purchase and a copy of the link of the website that order was placed on?
