Custom mode not sending notifications

Hello

I have a base station that I bought in the summer of 2016, with 2 cameras. I have added 3 more since then but recently moved one to a new location and set a custom mode with notifications for just that one camera but nothing is coming through. The app on my Android has twice told me my cameras are offline and the only way I fixed that was to delete the app and reinstall. The desktop version on my mac os 10.12.6 says that the cameras are fine but it's not allowing me to change the settings on the custom mode. Basically, the desktop and phone versions are quite different and do not do the same thing. I want just one of my cameras to watch for motion at all times but so far this has not happened. I would appreciate a prompt reply since there have been unsavoury people loitering outside my patio and I would like to resolve this quickly. I tried to do a live chat but I'm giving up after a 20 min wait during normal business hours.

The app and browser interfaces are pretty similar and do the same things. There certainly are differences but nothing that should be considered "quite different". Are you using the same credentials when logging into each interface? What networks have you tried (work networks can be an issue)? Assuming you're logging in as the same person, what do you see when you try to edit the mode? Can you create a new mode?
