I agree the service sucks, equipment doesn't record when motion alert comes on and looking up cam for live view crashes and is a joke. Do you know how or where to receive refund for monthly or annually subscription?

Worse system I have ever seen so far, I got to make family feel safe and all I feel is at risk, maybe alarm company with professionals is best route

A bit more information on the issue may help better identify the cause of the problem. Are you getting an error message when attempting to live view? What is indicating a "crash"? Are you able to manually record and do those recordings show up in the library?
To refund your subscription, log in to your Arlo account and change your subscription plan to Basic. Any refund owed will automatically be returned.
