Ever since I was pushed to the new Arlo portal (I use the desktop web site only), the introductory pop-up "Help" boxes never go away. It's been months now and I figured they would go away, but every time I go into my Dashboard/Portal, it's a constant barrage of these help boxes as I try to navigate my Arlo portal. How does one get them to go away permanently?

I double-agree that these pop-ups are poor site design. It appears the Arlo team isn't inclined to agree with the User complaints in this thread, which is puzzling since it shouldn't be a difficult fix unless they've really painted themselves into a corner with unmaintainable code, which is quite possible. Or, it's just as likely there's ego involved since developers have just as much ego as every other person, so acknowledging this is a problem would be 'perceived' damage to ego.
The people coming here to complain are the people hoping to provide constructive feedback to improve the product, which is only 1 out of 100 people. Guaranteed, there are a hundred people annoyed by this problem for every person that comes here to read and/or contribute to this thread.

PS - It's 9/9/2025 and the web site hasn't been fixed. I still see the nagware every time I login.
I see there's in excess of 2500 reads on this thread; that suggests to me that people are experiencing this issue on a regular basis. I'm not inclined people are interested enough to read the topic if they aren't an interested party. I concede there's a handful of devs, analysts, PMs reading the thread, but that's a handful of the total count.
