Connects to where i can view mobile version fine but via the computer it says connection failed

have two of the cameras out at a business and the base station is within range of both of the cameras. When i use my phone to view the cameras weather im at the office or at home i am still able to view them but if i try to use a computer to view them it simply says connnection failed and I retry just to recieve the same message. not entirely sure why this is and would really appreciate the help.

Quick thing to try - use a different browser. What one are you currently using? What OS? Is this true at both home and work?
