Hello, thanks for help:

1) Have two Pro 2 Cameras and two older "Arlo Cameras": Suddenly now the older cameras are almost always offline or not responding when you want to watch live. The new cameras work as normal. Connected to NetGear Rax200 router. Firmware updated everywhere. What to do?

2) Do the cameras connect directly to the Rax200 router or only to the Arlo base station and can you change it afterwards and test them only against the router?

3 Want to avoid logging in every time I start the app on Android Galaxy? What's the easiest way to do it without anyone being able to log in?

This is so annoying so please be a hero and help 🙂

Thanks. Moved the Arlo base station out of cabinet and moved it away about an meter from router and other Wifi. Seems to have solved the issue. At least for now. I thought it was something like this but it has worked for years now without such major problems as of late.

The Arlo Pro and Pro2 ONLY connect to a base unit.... they will not connect driectly to yr wifi.

( the bases set up their own wifi networks for cameras )

Ok thanks. And this WIFI network is possible to measure strength as any other WIFI with an app?
How are they named?

Having the base station a few centimeters from Rax200 router is that a problem?
You are limited to the length of the network cable from base station to router?!?

Yes, the signal is WiFi so a WiFi app will be able to measure the strength. It's obvious what the base SSID is since it starts with (likely in you case) Netgear while newer models starts with Arlo.

Having the base close to the router frequently causes issues. If using the original Ethernet cable you should be able to move it as much as 5-6 feet although the practical distance may well be less.

Update:

During daytime cameras respond and acts as normal. In the evening they are almost always offline or not avaiable for live viewing?

The old ones are having that problem not the newer models.

WIFI conflicts in evening?

Or any other ideas?

WiFi conflicts certainly could be an issue. Checking to see what channels are being used nearby, including neighbors, during the day as well as at night could provide some insight. More locally, does your network get busy at night, perhaps with streaming, games, etc.?
