Connected to Base Station, armed and sending motion alerts but will not work

My Arlo is connected to the base, armed and sending motion alerts, but will not record.  I have nothing in the library for the past week.

What have you tried? Is there a filter set in the library? Are the circles with numbers for each camera in the Devices tab showing anything other than 0? Have you rebooted the base and your phone? Have you reinstalled the app? Have you tried a browser to see if that has the same issue?
