  • I have two Arlo cameras 

One connects the other does not.

Batteries are new.

Any suggestions?

Are you sure you have an Essential camera (as noted by the product you selected)? They have non-removable batteries so "batteries are new" is implied.

 

What have you tried and what do you see? All details are needed. You can try a reset on the problem camera (ignore the part about removing it from your account since it's not there anyway):
