Connect Netgear Arlo with new router

Hello Community,

i have a new router. Now I want to connect the base station with the new router. I connected the base station with a lan cable into the router. But the base station is still offline. Maybe you can help me guys?

Power off the base, then turn the power back on.

After a few minutes at least the power and internet light should turn green, the camera light as well if you have cameras synced to the base.

 

Try this and then tell us what lights you see on the base.
