Cloudy picture

picture looks hazy on security camera, Arlo wireless.  Also no blue light when pressing sync button. Unable to do a factory reset. Thank you

Which model camera do you have? It would either use 4 CR123 batteries or have a label inside the battery compartment that starts with VMC.

Provide a screenshot or link to a video that shows the haziness.

I see a couple of possibilities:

1) the bright windows may be causing the camera to automatically adjust its exposure, darkening the interior to a useless degree.

2) the camera lens may need to be cleaned.

Does it look ok at night?
