How do i retreive footage from the cloud? Where do i find the cloud to retreive anything?

You can access your account either via the app or the website arlo.netgear.com

Once logged in, click LIBRARY. There you will find all recorded videos. You can then choose to download them if you want to keep them. They will only remain available for 7 days unless you upgrade your account by paying a subscription fee
