Chime won't connect

Can't get the chime to connect. Says it is on my smartphone but doesn't ring. Router and phone are on the same 2g that connected the doorbell.  New Verizon wireless Internet.

What device are you using to connect the chime? Also, can you please go through these steps for troubleshooting the chime:
