I’ve never heard of well technologies and was just charged 144$ has anyone had this happen before , I called my bank right away and they said it was set up as a recurring payment .

Tried to contact them, but still waiting.

These charges are not coming from Arlo. And we do suggest that you contact your financial institution. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

how can you be so sure the charges are not from Arlo. My credit card was also charged. I've never heard of Arlo, and my bank says it was in fact Arlo Technologies

@BrookeN is an Arlo employee, and could investigate the situation for the original posters. Your situation might well be different. One of the mods ( @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS ) will likely respond.
It is possible that someone else somehow got your credit card info, and used it to pay for something from Arlo. So you should consider asking your bank for a new card.
