Changed modem but cannot connect to Arlo cameras

I had to change my modem and now I cannot connect to my cameras.

I'm going to guess that it's really a modem/router and not just a modem and it's owned by the ISP, not you. Is any of this correct?

 

What are the LEDs on the base showing? If the Internet LED is off or amber there's your problem. However the fixes are different so details are needed.
