Hello Arlo Support,

Just bougth a 4 camera Arlo/Netgear CCTV pack and have setup ARLO account with the new Base Unit.

Previously I had created a Netgear account when I was evaluating the system before buying it. At that time I got a Pasword (auto-generated). I want to change this, but cannot.

I choose settings=>profile and type new password and confirm (2 time), but the Save button is gray - cannot activate.

Thus, I cannot change the password.

Pls. help

You must also enter your current password before it will allow you to commit the new password changes.

I cant find my password and I need to find a way of getting it or getting a new password

If you have forgotten your password click the Forgot? link on the login screen to reset your password.
