I am trying to access Arlo app on my Samsung Note 3 phone ... I keep getting an error message "not connected to the internet"... but I am connected. everything else is working fine.

I have powered down and started agan .. no change

I have no problem accessing via my computer.

I was always able to access.... This is a new problem.

Are you on a WiFi connection or the phones mobile data connection?

 

Have you tried both? Do both give you the same behavior?

 

You might consider uninstalling the mobile app and download and install a fresh version from the app store.
