Cannot sync second camera

The first camera was quickly installed.

I can not sync the second camera.

 

Any tips?

Sounds like a new installation.  Factory reset the base by using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.  Open and close the cameras' battery doors.  Sync again - better?

What behavior are you seeing that is indicating the camera will not sync? Are you getting a flashing amber LED on the camera or are you seeing an error message? Does the camera sync LED on the base station flash green after pressing and releasing the sync button (as it did for the first camera).
