Moved to new house and cameras would not come on line.
I have removed all of the devices including the base. I added the base again and attempted sync any of my four cameras. I can get the base to go into sync and have opened the camera battery door and the blue light blinks and goes off as expected. I touch the base sync button for two seconds and it blinks but when I do the same thing to any of the cameras I cannot get any response (no rapid blinking blue light)

You're holding the sync button too long .....push shortly for about a half of a second then after the base led blinks, push the camera button

I get the base to go into sync and the button blinks as selected
It is the camera's that I cannot put into sync. Regardless of the length of time that I push the button?

OK... try in these steps
Open and close the battery door on camera ( make sure they are new batteries and in the right way )
Power reboot the Base via the power button ( takes 2 +/- mins to reboot ) and you should see power light and internet light on
Quickly press the sync button on the base , wait about <5 seconds it should blink ( camera led )
Press in the Camera sync button ... it should start to flash slow blue and then rapid blue if it does sync
If the above doesn't work, Contact Netgear for a trouble ticket
