Cannot get the autosetup too work

Trying to set up my system. Hooked the box in with my Dovado Tiny wireless router and got 2 green lights on the arlo box.

Then started the iphone app and tried too set up a new system but it doesent find anything and after a while it says check your internet settings !!

Also tried plugging into my cisco switch and my netgear extender with same results !!??

Just replied to a similar issue about the router:
You shouldn't need any settings unless you changed them yourself. Ports 80 and 443 need to be open. Sometimes antivirus software blocks ports and certain URLs. A recent issue was solved by opening port 123(?) for NTP.
