Cannot get batteries and all the stores have no product

I have questions and would like to speak to an actual person. Apparently that’s forbidden. I cannot get batteries and all the stores in our area have no product at all - cameras or batteries. Is this a viable company? I’m invested now and worried about any other purchases based of availability. Is there a phone number to speak to someone?

I had the same or similar issue with getting batteries.  The best place to find batteries and accessories for your Arlo cameras is Amazon.

You posted in the original wirefree camera section which means you're looking for CR123 batteries, right? A Google search not only shows Amazon but also places like batteryjunction.com which sells them for under $2 apiece. You may also want to consider investing in the Arlo-approved Tenergy rechargeable batteries and charger which is a one-time cost and you'll likely never buy batteries again.
