Cannot connect Arlo camera to base

Have connected 3 of my 4 cameras.  Forth cammera will not connect to base station.  Have tried several times and never get flashing blue light showing connection attempt.

The batteries may not be good or making contact. Reinsert them, making sure that you don't push them down and that they're inserted with the proper polarity. Use the battery door to push the batteries down. When you close the battery door, watch the camera LED and make sure it flashes blue to let you know it's powered. If not, try switching batteries between cameras.
