Cannot coneect two of the cameras to the base station. The cameras are the basic Arlo VMC3030-10

Tried several times to sync each of these two. Have a third that was no problem. Base station is Model VMB 3000. The two that will not sync up are s/n 48B45977D998C and s/n 48B459S2C65DE. The one that is working is 48B45979C9903.

have you ruled out that the batteries in the two cams that wont sync are bad/weak or too far away from the base station?

Make sure you only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it. Describe what the various LEDs do and show.

Adding to the suggestions above, consider a base station reboot using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online and attempt the sync process again.
