Cannot change my email (Meaning I cannot change my arlo ID) on my mobile or online.

Is anyone else having an issue changing their email (or id) on my arlo? I cannot change it on my mobile nor can I change it online. Getting a "We are sorry, the authentication service id currently down. Please try again {0}.
