Morning, I believe I've been effected by the firmware update which put my base station inaccessible and wouldn't come back online.  After reading a number of threads, I reset the unit and it eventually looks like the device downgraded and it came back online.  

I managed to re-add one camera, but when trying to add anymore it goes through the process of trying to discover my base station.  Its already there and online with one camera attached.  

Can anyone help or advise a solution?

Hi andy_lamb,

 

Try force closing the Arlo app and re-opening it and try it again. Otherwise, try rebooting your phone device to see if that helps too.

Hi Jessica,

No, still no luck. If I try from the web it says no base stations found.

 

Is it worth me removing the base station and trying again?  Is there a way to force add the camera manually?

You can possibly try removing your Base Station and adding the cameras again that way to see if that helps. Otherwise, contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
