Cannot Cancel Subscription!!!

All of my Arlo cameras died.  I've tried everything they suggested to revive them, with no luck.  Obviously, I no longer need my monthly $12.99 subscription since the hardware has failed (less than 1 year old).  The website indicates that you are to log in to your account online, choose Settings and then choose Subscription in order to cancel.  However, when I log in and choose Settings, the option that says Subscription is grayed out and cannot be clicked on.  I'm getting no response at all from Arlo Support (where you're unable to reach a live person, it's all chat (useless) based which offers no solution at all.  I really don't want to have to cancel my credit card in order to get out of this mess!  Poor product and incredibly poor customer service!

 

Has anyone found a way around this?????
