Wire-Free Doorbell no recordings

Hello. I have a base station, two Pro cameras, and a doorbell. Unfortunately, I can’t contact support for help anymore because they now require a subscription to do so, which is ridiculous. My question is, why don’t I see the doorbell recordings in the Library? My Wi-Fi is working fine, and I get notifications when someone rings the doorbell. All the other recordings from other cameras work as expected, but the doorbell isn’t recording. Is it something I need to change or to do what?

Your Pro cameras were sold with 7-day free cloud storage.  Arlo stopped including that with new camera models back in 2018 - all currently sold cameras require a subscription for cloud storage.  That includes the doorbells.
