Yes, although a computer doesn't use an app, just a web browser pointed to https://arlo.netgear.com instead. The app can be installed on as many mobile devices as you need.

But remember you can only use one at a time. When you log on with one, the other automatically logs off.

I never tried, but I think "Grant Access" feature under settings, allows to grant access to someone, so they can login separately without you being logged out.

yes, but they would have a different log in ( account )... same primary login will bump the other running app/web off .
