Yes, you can use Orbi.
Orbi is a mesh system with a router and a satellite. The only requirement for Arlo is that the base station is connected to an ethernet port with internet access (specifically to ports 80, 123, 443) and of course to have power.
Orbi is a great choice as you can choose to plug the Arlo base station into either the router or the satellite unit, whichever is most central in your house with respect to the position of the cameras.
No band consideration 2.4GHz or 5GHz is required

You should be able to. Others on this forum are using them. Just be sure that it is on the 2.4 Ghz band.

Orbi really shines when you want to run multi bases....
I have one off the main unit and a second base on the satellite. Works like a charm. One at each end of the home.
No problem as both have ethernet ports
Morse is faster than texting!
