Can't sync my second camera :(

HI there,

 

I was able able to complete the set up (base plus first camera) of my Arlo monitoring system i recently purchased. However, I have not been able to sync the second camera. I tried repeating the process i used for to sync the first camera several times, but nothing. Can someone help please?

The most common mistake is HOLDING the sync button on the base instead of a quick push.

 

Open the camera battery door for a few secs, close and attempt to re-sync as normal... watch the led on the camera front.

 

If it fails to sync, contact netgear for a trouble ticket.

 

PS.. check batteries as weak batteries will cause a proble too

Sorry. Not trying to be mean or anything but it gets tiresome even just reading the same questions, solutions and advice over and over again when a little effort from each person could easily produce results.
