Can't sign in today. I can't get support.

I tried to sign in. I tried Chat. It said to reset my password. I did that. No next step. It keeps repeating reset password. On my phone, I can log in but the app keeps reverting to the log in page. I looked for  phone number to call support but they don't list one. I feel at this point Arlo does not want to be contacted. If infact my product is too out of date, I wont be replacing it with Arlo . I'm very frustrated.
