Can't setup arvo base unit

Hi. I just bought the Arlo wireless system and I'm having trouble getting it setup. The base unit connected to the internet, but when I use the app to set it up all i get is 'sorry the system is experiencing an unexpected issue'.
Also I can't confirm my email address. I received a message saying the registration email failed. Does anyone know what's going on?

There have been complaints of this lately but I don't recall a resolution.  I don't know that it will help but you can try a reset using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Also, try a web browser on a computer to see if that makes a difference.  If these do nothing, I'd suggest opening a case using the Support link above here to raise awareness.

Have you already claimed your base station through the New System Setup process? At what point are you seeing this error message? Do you see the same behavior when attempting to set up using the web client on a PC/laptop?
