Can't get 10% product discount as Arlo Secure subscriber

I have added items to my cart while logged into my Arlo.com account and do not get the 10% discount.  I saw another post saying you have to add items to the cart before logging in then login during checkout.  I tried that as well and did not see the discount applied.  Yes, I do have an active Arlo Secure subscription.  Please help.
