Can’t find Base Station. All LEDs are green. Checked my Sky account and finds the Base?

Since I moved from bt Internet to sky I can’t find the base station. All the 3 green lights are on green but no one is home 🤦‍♂️ I’ve checked my sky account and it’s found the VMB3010 Netgear but mines the 3000 so it says on the hub, don’t know if that effects it.

Any ideas? I’ve unplugged reset etc

When changing networks, you don't try to set up again. The fact that all LEDs are green means the system is already up and working. You should just log in and use the system normally. The system is network-agnostic.
